October ability changes

The October 8, 2026 update changes Giant Snowball, Wild Swing, and Ice Block.

Ability	October change
Giant Snowball	Cooldown removed; damage scaling increased.
Wild Swing	Scales with maximum health instead of current health.
Ice Block	Hold damage increased from 200 to 300.

The October update fixes Ice Armor so it correctly adds Chill stacks to bosses and Chosen of Maldrakor.
