The Shared Lineage
Zhang Zhiwei is named in the developer's guides as the 65th generation Celestial Master, and Zhang Lingyu is introduced as that master's youngest disciple. Rong Shan and Zhang Lingyu are therefore the two announced fighters from the same teaching line, though they are billed very differently: one on raw striking power, the other on a named thunder technique.
Combat Style
No supernatural power has been attached to Rong Shan. His introduction is built entirely on the force of his strikes, which places him among the fighters whose kit is presented as physical first.
