55 Halloren is the company's line back into the Republic's intelligence apparatus. 9+Halloren is a young Lieutenant and a rising figure in Republic Intelligence, marked out by intelligence, ambition and idealism. He is also the reason the campaign happens. He became convinced that a comparatively small Separatist faction, the Infinite Coil, was a far greater threat than his superiors were willing to accept, and he gambled on contracting Zero Company to hunt it down rather than waiting for the chain of command to agree with him.
