It retains the pure Ghost typing and sits as the evolutionary step between Hollow Skull and Night Owl. Night Sleeper is usable in early competitive play, but its species ability Scavenge only activates on the fully-evolved Night Owl form.

Night Dust is exchanged at the spirit evolution shop for in-game gold.
