How to Obtain
Flower Robe Butterfly spawns from a weather-trigger statue in Abundant Valley.
Travel to the left-side stone statue in Abundant Valley.
Throw a Water-type spirit's skill at the statue. The statue triggers rainy weather in the area.
Flower Robe Butterfly spawns in the surrounding area during the rainy-weather window.
Engage it in combat. Its slow-startup moves give the player time to set up freeze layers before committing a damage turn.
