Playtest Patch 48.3.10
Released August 6, 2026, this patch added Rock Bottom, a hardcore starting scenario where you begin with nothing (Starting Scenarios and Perks). Dr. Jackson began selling a water trading guide, and three Wild's Network upgrades arrived: Retired Water Merchant, Gutterflow on Tap and Rustwater on Tap (Water Trading).
Non-16:9 monitors can use Full Screen mode with black bars.
The game is capped at 60 FPS to reduce load on faster hardware.
The Augmented ending for missing too many augs now only applies on Hard Mode (Augs and the Rogue AI).
At minus 40 Black Market reputation, the janitorial service stays available at double cost.
Certain essential recurring customers became non-shootable.
Fixes for the store attractiveness meter with the Mirage Projector, the security inspector, phone orders, barter customers and mixed-up German, Russian and Chinese text.
Playtest Patch 48.3.12
Released August 7, 2026, this patch made the previously secret Rat Wrangler scenario visible alongside the others. It also stopped players from farming Security reputation by showing contraband in the display case and then hiding it in the smuggler bay before an inspection (Security and Contraband). Fixes covered scratch tickets and tooltips in non-16:9 Full Screen, the furnace's Junk Processing Module using twice its listed power, the Hard Mode Aug game over meter and a softlock when shooting a departing customer.

Released September 14, 2026 alongside the release date announcement, this was the first demo build.

Demo Update: Aquafarmer
Released October 19, 2026, this content update added the Retired Aquafarmer upgrade to Wild's Network. It sells fish tanks, a basic water circulation system, a stock of tilapia and fish food. Fish breed by laying and fertilizing roe, and sturgeons can be harvested for caviar with Surgery Tools. The post promised that the next update would cover what to expect from the 1.0 release.
Upcoming
As of October 20, 2026, no 1.0 patch notes have been published. The developers have said that mod and Steam Workshop support and an official French version will be ready for 1.0, and that the main story will arrive after launch. See Release Date and Platforms.
