33 Volcanion is a Legendary Pokemon encountered in Rocky Ridges during the main story. Known as the Steam Pokemon, Volcanion appears at the top of the volcano after the party celebration in the Time to Party! quest. Befriending Volcanion is one of two requirements (alongside Raikou) for reaching Ultra Trainer Rank and unlocking Sparkling Skylands.
