"Raise the Comfort Level" is a request in Pokemon Pokopia, given by Professor Tangrowth in the Withered Wasteland. The Professor suggests you ask the Pokemon what they need, which leads you to improve Bulbasaur's living conditions by crafting and placing a Straw Bed near its habitat. Completing this request raises the environment level to 2, unlocking new items in the shop.

Approach Bulbasaur near its habitat and select "Do you need anything?" from the dialogue options. Bulbasaur tells you it wants a comfortable place to sleep.
Gather 2 Leaves from the field (use Cut on grass patches or pick them up from the ground). Go to a workbench and craft the Straw Bed.
Open your inventory and select the Straw Bed. Place it near Bulbasaur's habitat. Bulbasaur's comfort level increases once the bed is in position.
Go to the Pokemon Center and check the PC. The system confirms that Bulbasaur's comfort has been raised and that the environment level has increased to 2. This unlocks additional items in the PC Shop.
Environment Level 2: Unlocks new items and recipes in the PC Shop, including the Leaf Den building kit.
This request overlaps with A Bed for a Buddy. Completing one effectively completes both, so do them together to save time.
Environment Level is the main progression metric in each area. Raising it unlocks new shop inventory, requests, and building options.
After reaching Environment Level 2, you can purchase the Leaf Den from the shop and begin the Build a Leaf Den request.
