Initial Palette Town area guide
Palette Town is the sandbox area in Pokemon Pokopia, unlocked after completing the tutorial in the Withered Wasteland. Unlike the four story areas, Palette Town is a mostly blank zone designed for freeform building, creative projects, and multiplayer collaboration. It can be renamed at any time using the Pokemon Center PC. Rebuilding the Palette Town Pokemon Center is not required to see credits.
Eevee and all eight Eeveelutions are exclusive to Palette Town and cannot be found in any other area:

Palette Town is the primary zone for multiplayer activities. When friends visit your world, they can help build in Palette Town (other areas are exploration-only for visitors). GameShare sessions with Switch 1 players are also limited to Palette Town.
The large open space of Palette Town makes it ideal for ambitious building projects. Players can construct elaborate structures, design themed neighborhoods, and experiment with different architectural styles. The post-game move Magnet Rise (vertical flight and mid-air block placement) is especially useful here.
