2525 Lapras teaches Ditto the Surf transformation, a full-body transformation that lets Ditto take on Lapras's complete form and swim across any body of water. Surf does not consume PP, so you can swim indefinitely. Press B near water to activate the transformation, and Ditto will automatically revert when reaching land.
