If you are early in the game, build the Study Area and be patient. In the main Pokemon series, Ralts evolves into Kirlia at level 20. Kirlia then evolves into Gardevoir at level 30, or into Gallade when exposed to a Dawn Stone (male Kirlia only). In Pokopia, there is no evolution mechanic, so each family member must be found at its own habitat independently. Kirlia shares the Study Area with Ralts and the Moisturizing Makeup Stand with Gardevoir.4747Tips4949If you want Kirlia as a Common visitor, aim for the Moisturizing Makeup Stand.
