This means you cannot use D-Pad Left/Right to switch between Pokemon Moves as you normally would. Instead, to switch moves while the Handy Bag is active, hold L and use the Left Joystick to cycle through your available moves. This is an important control change to get used to, especially during time-sensitive tasks that require both items and moves.
