It can be befriended and Like its pre-evolution Trubbish, Garbodor has both the Litter and Recycle specialties. Having both Trubbish and Garbodor in your town increases the overall rate at which waste materials are converted into useful crafting resources.

Garbodor drops Nonburnable Garbage, which can then be recycled into Iron Ore using the Recycle specialty. Because Garbodor has both Litter and Recycle, it can produce its own raw material and immediately convert it, making it a self-sustaining resource generator for Iron Ore.

Wastepaper is particularly common on the Sky Dream Island (accessed via the Dragonite Doll), so having a dedicated recycler for wastepaper near your main base saves trips. Glass is common in Bleak Beach mining areas. For maximum efficiency, pair Garbodor with Trubbish in the same region so both are processing waste simultaneously.
