2020 Go to the crop area southwest of the Pokemon Center in Rocky Ridges. Find a body of water with enough space to place four Duckweed patches side by side.

2424 Use your Powered-Up Leafage move on the water's surface to pull out Duckweed. Create four pieces of Duckweed and place them next to each other on the water.

2828 Once four Duckweed patches are placed on the water, the Uplifting Duckweed habitat is created. Ludicolo typically appears shortly after the habitat forms. It should not take long at all for Ludicolo to show up.
