Revision 1

Wu Lengshuang is an optional boss at Mandate Encampment in Phantom Blade Zero. The Baishan Sect swordswoman uses a flexible sword and counterattacks after deflecting Soul's attacks.

Location and quest route

During Secrets of the Baishan Sect, reach The Confinement Bell and descend the nearby chained rope. Defeating Wu Lengshuang awards the Soft Snake Sword; the Tale then continues toward Bi Taotao's body and the Training Grounds.

Stop at the purple flash

A purple flash signals that Wu Lengshuang has parried an incoming hit. Stop attacking and read her response. Dodge a red-glint counter, parry a blue-glint one, and defend against the uncolored quick or heavy variants rather than assuming the same answer works for all counters.

Recognize the other attacks

The move in which she grips the sword with both hands can lead to an unblockable spinning slash. Her acrobatic slash is another blue-glint parry opportunity and can appear as a gap-closing move or within a longer sequence.

Reward

The Soft Snake Sword is the weapon reward for this encounter. A Blackstone Fragment is also listed in the associated quest walkthrough. Baishan Stormswords belongs to the later Yubi fight, not this reward handover.
