Revision 1

Illusion of Inanis is an optional story quest in Phantom Blade Zero concerning Lady Inanis and The Chord. Its documented stages connect the Crane Bell scene to the Memory Flowers in Crimson Forest.

Quest details

Meet Lady Inanis at the Crane Bell

At the beginning of Snake's Reflection, leave the cave and head east into Crimson Forest. Speak to the Illusion of Lady Inanis near the Crane Bell, then ring it to view the vision of The Chord and a past battle.

Follow the Memory Flower route

Progress to Cliffside Lodge Bell, descend the ladders and defeat Stone Hand Iron Fever. Enter the cave to the north to find The Performance. Continue along the Resonant Strings route toward An Uninvited Guest.

Meet the illusion again

At the cliff edge with a stone lamp on the route toward the fourth flower, speak to the Illusion of Lady Inanis in the scene about saving The Chord. The documented walkthrough stops at this stage; it does not detail the complete ending sequence.
