Revision 1

Forge is an equipment merchant in Phantom Blade Zero, first encountered at the Outpost in Weeping Creek Valley. Speaking with her introduces the equipment upgrade services used to strengthen Soul's loadout.

Location

Continue through the Outpost to the work area near its Bell. Forge is encountered before the stairs leading toward Peng Meng's arena in Against the Flow. The Sanguine Reach can be collected from the weapon rack behind her.

Equipment upgrades

Talk to Forge about equipment to open her services. Upgrades require the relevant materials and Remnant Dust. Select the piece you intend to improve and review the listed costs before committing resources.

Recover invested resources

Equipment can be downgraded to recover invested materials and Remnant Dust. This allows resources to move to a different loadout. Do not confuse returning upgrade resources with Soul Tempering, a separate enhancement system; the equipment's selected service and listed requirements determine the operation being performed.
