11Overview2233Petit Planet uses several distinct currencies and exchange tokens. Each one serves a different part of the daily loop: the primary trading currency, an achievement-style points pool, a Neighbor-gifting token, a museum-donation voucher, and a fuel cell for Starsea Voyage.4455Currency Table6677CurrencyEarned BySpent OnDoughSelling crops from Farming, selling fish from Fishing, completing Neighbor quests, and selling crafted goods back to Glenn's shop.Seeds, furniture, clothing, and rare goods sold by Glenn. Selling crops, fish, and crafted items to Glenn earns Dough, and most furniture, clothing, and seed purchases require it. Selling prices are modest: most everyday items sell back for 20 to 30 Dough, while Glenn's stock costs anywhere from 500 to 15,000 Dough per item, including rare daily-rotation goods. The price gap means most of a player's early Dough comes from completing Neighbor quests rather than basic gathering.11111212Loomi13131414Loomi works like an achievement-points system. The Footprints tab tracks small daily and milestone tasks (water crops, catch a new fish, complete a Neighbor friendship rank), and each completion awards Loomi. The Loomi Mart sells clothing, decor, and the Lumia Battery used to fuel Starsea Voyages. Because Loomi is gated by daily tasks rather than time spent gathering, it functions as a separate progression track and tends to fund the multiplayer side of the game.15151616Puffballs17171818Puffballs are a Neighbor-focused currency tied to gifting and friendship interactions. They are rarer than Dough or Loomi and primarily circulate around Neighbor-themed items and events. Players accumulate Puffballs through gifting milestones and Neighbor activities rather than direct sales.19192020Omni Vouchers21212222Omni Vouchers are earned by donating fish, bugs, shellfish, and other small creatures from the Eco-Tank to the Mors-run Omni-Gallery. Each settled creature pays out a small voucher amount, which builds up into a separate spending pool at the Giftarium. The Omni-Gallery effectively turns the Fishing and bug-catching loop into a stable currency drip on top of the per-fish sale price.23232424Lumia Battery25252626The Lumia Battery is technically a consumable, but it functions as a currency for Starsea Voyages. A battery is consumed to launch a voyage and covers at least two Islets at first, with vehicle upgrades stretching that to roughly three or four per trip. Batteries are earned by ranking up a Neighbor's Planette or bought with Loomi from a shop that carries a limited daily stock, and each purchase costs more than the last. That escalating price is one of the main reasons to grind Footprint tasks.27272828Bazaar Jellies29293030Bazaar Jellies are the social-hub currency, earned from activities at the Galactic Bazaar rather than from work on the player's own planet. The Decadanza Dance-A-Thon is the main source, awarding Jellies for keeping up with the rhythm. Players spend Jellies on cosmetic rewards tied to the Bazaar: musical tiles to decorate the planet, emotes and reactions, permanently owned instruments, eye-color customization, and extra Hat-Trick Magic Tickets for the lucky-draw wheel. Keeping Jellies separate from Dough and the planet currencies means time spent socializing carries its own distinct rewards.31313232No Real-Money Currency in Beta33333434The Coziness Test and Stardrift Test builds did not include a gacha or premium-currency system. The Final Beta subsequently published version 0.95 Starsea Call and Production rules. The global Final Beta still has no in-game purchases, and the live game's final monetization model has not been announced.35353636Curio Resources in Version 0.9537373838Starsea Call uses Curio Sea Whistles for the seasonal Galactic Dreamseeker, Astral Dreamseeker and Floradise Curios. Duplicate clothing converts to Curio Cloth, while duplicate Floradise furniture converts to Curio Blocks. The two redemption resources carry over to later seasons.39394040Clothing Production awards Yarn for Cloud Waltz items in Seasonal Goods. Furniture Production awards Blocks for Sprouting Star furniture. Yarn and Blocks also carry over to the next season. The published rules distinguish Curio Blocks from the Blocks used in Furniture Production.41414242The public disclosures give probabilities and redemption rules. They do not establish how every input resource is earned, a real-money price, or the final-release business model.
