11Overview2233Creatures are the wild fauna of Everland, the broken realm of Of Peaks and Tides. They range from small companions a player can bond with through Creature Taming to towering beasts that threaten survival. CyancookGames has profiled ten named creatures on the game's official channels, each with a described size, temperament, or set of distinguishing features. The studio's own collective term for them is Unique Beasts, and its development updates treat them as inhabitants of the ecosystem rather than as a monster list. This page collects that roster; the broader bond-and-mount systems live on the Creature Taming page, and the hostile mythological foes revealed separately are covered on the Enemies page.4455Confirmed Roster6677The table below lists every creature CyancookGames has named and described, with its stated height and weight. Sizes range from the 0.3 meter Mole to the 10 meter Si rhino.8899CreatureHeightWeightDescriptionOwler50 cm10 kgA feisty little companion that is not to be underestimated. Owlers are well versed in handling the deadly denizens of the desert and, despite their quirky temperaments, have a voracious appetite.Fuzhu3 m200 kgBorn from the herds of deer, the Fuzhu embodies the flourishing power of Goumang. It roams Lushland watching all that exists, living or dead, seen or unseen.Mole0.3 m2 kgA petite, communal omnivore that exemplifies cooperation. Moles shoulder much of the post-feast cleanup across Lushland.Snatcher1 m50 kgAn infuriating red pocket thief with greedy eyes on everything but its own. Do not lock eyes with it for more than three seconds, or this rapacious creature will strip a traveler bare.Si, the Ancient Rhino10 mNot statedA colossal rhinoceros with a hulking frame and indestructible horns. Its mighty ancestors were once tamed by the ancient tribes of Lushland and fought beside them, leaving the bones that name The Bone Field. The living Si have since returned to the wild. The Lurker Wolf2.2 m100 kgA massively built predator armed with razor-sharp claws that leads the wolf pack across the wild. Once the archenemy of the ancestors who made Lushland prosperous, it is now a looming threat to any survivor.Radish2 m100 kgSeeing one in your backyard is a sure sign that Goumang's power has already seeped in. The Radish is a premium healing treat and the favorite food of the Si.Little GluttonNot statedNot statedAn ancient ravenous beast. When relaxed it lets out long, bizarre burps, and its enormous belly seems able to swallow anything that catches its interest, though under certain circumstances it may spit the lot back out.BobcatNot statedNot statedA thick-furred mountain cat that turns up near player-built creature pens. The studio has deliberately withheld what interactions that triggers.Simian PorterNot statedNot statedA nimble little primate born to bear loads. It is skilled at carrying, has long reaching arms, vanishes when threatened, and follows a player once bound in spirit.1010Owler11111212The Owler is the first companion creature CyancookGames revealed by name, and the only one shown in the live carousel on the studio site. It is a small flying creature suited to the harsh Gobi Desert, where it has learned to handle dangerous wildlife despite its size.131314141515The studio lists four defining features for the Owler:16161717A stubborn ahoge (a single upright tuft of hair).Lightning-fast kitty punches.Ultra-fluffy wings built for long-lasting flight.A puffy tail that maintains balance.18181919Fuzhu20202121The Fuzhu is a large deer-born beast, three meters tall and 200 kilograms, that carries the lingering flourishing power of Goumang, the Spring God. It is described as a watcher of Lushland, observing everything living or dead. Its two noted features are a distorted face and the visible echo of Goumang's unleashed power.222223232424Mole25252626The Mole is the smallest creature in the roster at 0.3 meters and 2 kilograms. It is communal and cooperative, and as an omnivore it handles cleanup duties after feasts. Its features are upright ears finely tuned to subtle sounds, highly flexible paws, and a fluffy tail that can erase traces.272728+2829Snatcher29303031The Snatcher is a one-meter, 50-kilogram red creature notorious for theft. Players are warned not to hold its gaze for more than three seconds. Its features are wings refined for swift raids, expandable pouches hidden beneath its body, and primate-like feet.313233+3234Si, the Ancient Rhino33353436The Si is the largest creature shown, standing 10 meters tall with armored, titanic hide and colossal horns. Its ancestors were tamed by the ancient tribes of Lushland and stood shoulder to shoulder with them in battle; their wind-worn bones now half-bury The Bone Field. The Radish is the Si's favorite food.353736383739The Lurker Wolf38403941The Lurker Wolf is a 2.2 meter, 100-kilogram pack leader with razor claws, framed as the archenemy of Lushland's prosperous ancestors and a present survival threat. Its features are a thick, reinforced neck for defense, overdeveloped shoulders and limbs, and a long, imposing tail that doubles as a weapon. The wolf pack encountered in the Combat demo is led by this creature.404241434244Radish43454446The Radish is a two-meter, 100-kilogram creature tied to Goumang's influence; its appearance signals that the Spring God's power has reached an area. It serves as a premium healing treat and is the Si's favorite. Its features are its value as a healing item, an instinct to cover its eyes in danger, and stubby legs not built for speed.454748+4649Little Glutton47504851The Little Glutton is one of three beasts revealed during the April and May 2026 teaser run and profiled in the studio's first development update. It is framed as an ancient ravenous beast whose defining trait is its appetite: at rest it produces long, strange burps, and its oversized belly is described as capable of swallowing anything that draws its attention. The studio has hinted that certain circumstances make it disgorge everything it has eaten, which suggests the swallow behavior is a mechanic players can interact with rather than a purely cosmetic idle animation.49525053Bobcat51545255The Bobcat is a heavy-coated mountain cat with a plumed tail. Its stated behavior hook is that it appears near creature pens built by players, and CyancookGames has explicitly kept the resulting interaction secret. That places it alongside the Snatcher as a creature defined by how it intrudes on player property rather than by direct combat.53565457Simian Porter55585659The Simian Porter is a small, long-armed primate introduced through a silhouette riddle in May 2026. The four clues the studio published describe it as skilled in carrying, long of arm, quick to vanish when threatened, and willing to follow once bound in spirit. Read together they point to a load-bearing companion rather than a combat pet, with the bond language matching the Creature Taming system's framing of tamed animals as partners rather than captured resources.576058615962Size Categories60636164CyancookGames sorts the Unique Beasts into four size classes: small, medium, large, and a separate mythic tier for the most imposing creatures. The classes are not purely cosmetic. The studio has said each one carries its own requirements for spatial presence, frequency balance, and overall weight in the game's audio design, with small beasts emphasising agility and speed, large beasts leaning on low frequencies and pressure, and mythic beasts built so that players hear them approaching before they ever see them.62656366Size classDesign emphasisSmallAgility and speed; light, quick presence.MediumIntermediate presence between the agile and the heavy classes.LargeHeavier low frequencies and a stronger sense of physical pressure.MythicBuilt to be sensed before they are seen; the studio has discussed part-level detail such as wing wash, body rumble, and tail drag.6467Weather-Driven Behavior65686669The studio has stated that it wants Unique Beasts to shift behavior, combat tendencies, and even appearance according to conditions produced by the Seasons and Weather system. Storms, dense fog, and thunderstorms are the three examples given, and the stated goal is that a repeat encounter with the same species should not play out identically. CyancookGames has also said it wants the beasts to interact with celestial omens and with the Calamity system, which places them inside the world's hazard loop rather than beside it.67706871Planned Additions69727073Most of the beasts revealed so far are creatures players are expected to meet during the early journey through the starting regions of Lushland. CyancookGames has said more elite creatures, regional overlords, and less predictable beasts are still to come, and it has openly invited the community to nominate figures from the Classic of Mountains and Seas for future inclusion. Nothing beyond that intent has been dated or named.71747275Wild Versus Hostile73767477Not every creature is a companion. Several of these beasts, the Lurker Wolf in particular, are framed as threats rather than mounts, and the demo bestiary on the Enemies page includes wolf packs and other hostile wildlife. Whether a given creature can be bonded through Creature Taming or must be fought depends on its temperament, which CyancookGames has said ranges from passive herbivores won over with food to aggressive predators that demand a show of strength.75787679Status of Information77807881These profiles come from the studio's creature showcase as of mid-2026. Heights, weights, and feature lists are confirmed, but in-game roles (which creatures are mounts, which carry mobile bases, which are tamed versus hunted) and the taming method for each species have not been fully detailed. Expect those specifics to surface during the offline playtests planned through 2026.
