Overview

Verdant Grace is Chiz's launch-window alternate outfit in Neverness to Everness. The skin is themed as a performance outfit from Pink Paws Bank's annual gala. It is permanently available in the in-game cosmetic shop at a launch-discount price of 1,680 Riftcrystals, reduced from the regular price of 2,480 Riftcrystals.

The outfit was revealed during the Launch Preview Special Program on April 18, 2026 and went on sale at server open on April 29, 2026. The outfit's in-world flavour ties into Chiz's role as the City Tycoon-unlock S-Class Cosmos character and the Pink Paws Bank lobby aesthetic. The outfit pairs a green and gold colour palette with embroidered Chinese-inspired detailing and ankle-length tailoring that fits the gala's formal-performance dress code.

Acquisition Requirements

Verdant Grace requires three things in order to be useful on a roster:

• Chiz unlocked. The outfit cannot be equipped on any other character. Chiz is unlocked by reaching

• Sufficient Riftcrystal balance. The launch discount price is 1,680 Riftcrystals; the standard price is 2,480 Riftcrystals. Riftcrystal is the top-tier real-money premium currency and is also obtainable in small amounts through achievement rewards and certain seasonal events.

• Cosmetic shop access. The cosmetic shop unlocks on the main menu after completing the prologue. No additional unlock condition is required to view the outfit listing.

How to Acquire

Verdant Grace is purchased directly from the in-game cosmetic shop. Unlike Nanally's The Popular Kid, which has a parallel acquisition path through The Ichi-daime banner's 200-pull milestone, Verdant Grace is shop-only at launch because Chiz is unlocked through City Tycoon Level 18 progression rather than through a limited banner. Players who reach the City Tycoon level threshold receive Chiz herself for free, then purchase Verdant Grace separately if they want her alternate look.

Visual Variants

Verdant Grace ships as a single visual variant at launch. The outfit uses a green and gold colour palette with embroidered detailing and ankle-length tailoring. There is no current dye palette swap or alternate-colour version of the outfit; players who wish to mix colour profiles are limited to the default Chiz appearance versus the Verdant Grace appearance.

The accompanying accessories (hair ornaments, footwear, gala-themed handbag) are bundled with the outfit and equip together as a single cosmetic. They cannot be split or applied to the default Chiz model individually.

Riftcrystal vs. Annulith

Cosmetic outfits use Riftcrystal, the top-tier real-money premium currency, rather than Annulith. Riftcrystal converts to Annulith at a 1:1 ratio for gacha pulls, but spending Riftcrystal directly on outfits is the only acquisition path. Free-to-play players cannot earn enough Riftcrystal through gameplay to buy outfits at the standard price; the launch discount window narrows the gap but does not eliminate it.

Tips

• Purchase during the launch discount window if you plan to use the outfit. The 1,680 Riftcrystal price is roughly a third cheaper than the standard 2,480 figure. The discount only repeats on rerun cycles, not as a permanent reduction.

• Verdant Grace pairs well with the City Tycoon storefront aesthetic. Equip it when running shifts at the in-game cafes or when visiting Pink Paws Bank for screenshots.

• There is no banner cosmetic milestone path for Verdant Grace. Because Chiz is not on a limited banner, the shop is the only acquisition route at launch.

• Reach City Tycoon Level 18 first to unlock Chiz herself. Buying Verdant Grace before owning Chiz wastes Riftcrystals on an unequippable item.

• Use the outfit in Photo Mode. The gala-themed dress photographs well against the Pink Paws Bank lobby and the New Herland District's evening lighting.

• The outfit does not change Chiz's combat performance. Players considering the purchase for stat reasons are mistaken; the change is purely visual.
