The Wrong Gate is a limited S-Class Arc in Neverness to Everness, introduced in Version 1.2 as the signature weapon of Iroi, the Anima S-Class Esper who is the game's first limited dedicated healer. It is a Liquid-type Arc and, like the other limited Arcs, does not drop from the regular Scarborough Fair weapon banner.

The Arc debuted alongside The Lifeline character banner in Version 1.2 Phase 2. Its research program, Dreamgate Special, went live with the July 29, 2026 update and runs to August 19, 2026 (05:59 UTC+8).
Attribute | Value |
|---|---|
Rarity | S-Class (limited) |
Arc Type | Liquid |
Base ATK (Lv. 80) | 570 |
Secondary Stat | ATK 30% |
Passive | Reverie Gate |
Signature Character | Iroi |
Reverie Gate raises the wearer's ATK by 16%. When the wearer heals, all allies deal 15% more DMG and the wearer's own Anima DMG rises by 30% for 20 seconds. Refinement raises the numerical strength of the passive.
The heal-triggered profile makes the Arc a team-wide damage amplifier in the hands of a dedicated healer: Iroi's kit heals frequently enough to keep the 20-second ally buff active near-permanently, which is why the Arc is treated as her best-in-slot. On other Anima supports the passive still works, but characters who heal rarely will struggle to maintain the buff window.
The Wrong Gate is only available through the Dreamgate Special Arc Research Program during its event window. Copies are researched by spending Tri-Keys or Dreamgate Keys. It cannot be pulled from the standing weapon pool, and reruns follow the game's limited-banner schedule.
