Initial version (2026-04-30)
Outfits are alternative cosmetic skins for Espers in Neverness to Everness. Each outfit replaces a character's default appearance with a themed alternate look while leaving the character's stats, kit, and combat performance unchanged. Outfits are purely visual; equipping or unequipping them carries no gameplay penalty.
This page is the parent index for every confirmed launch outfit and the structural overview of how outfits are acquired, equipped, and rotated. Each row in the index table links out to the dedicated outfit page when one exists, and lists the character, theme, acquisition path, and price tier.
Outfit equipping happens through the character menu. Once an outfit is in the player's inventory, it can be applied to the corresponding character at any time and persists across all banners, missions, and patches. Outfits do not interact with the gacha system; they are a parallel collection layer on top of the character roster.
Some outfits alter the visible skill effects of the character (changed projectile colours, alternate ultimate animations) but do not change skill numbers, cooldowns, or kit behaviour. The visual effect change is a flair touch rather than a gameplay feature.
Outfits are acquired through four primary channels:
Cosmetic shop: Most launch outfits are purchasable directly from the in-game cosmetic shop using
Limited-banner cosmetic milestone: The 200-pull cosmetic milestone on a Limited Board awards the featured character's outfit as a free unlock. The milestone counter is per-banner and retains progress across reruns. See
Story and event rewards: Specific story arcs and seasonal events award outfits as completion rewards. These outfits are typically not available in the cosmetic shop and are earned only through their original event window.
Pre-registration and milestone unlocks: The launch window included a small set of pre-registration milestone outfits and accessories tied to the 35M pre-registration tier reached before global launch.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
School-uniform aesthetic styled around Nanally's role as the Ichi-daime of the Coluccis Family | Cosmetic shop OR 200-pull milestone on | 1,680 Riftcrystals (launch discount) / 2,480 Riftcrystals (standard) | Yes; alters Nanally's on-screen skill VFX | ||

Outfits are one cosmetic category among several. The full launch cosmetic system also covers:
Glider skins: Themed gliders unlocked from limited-banner 50-pull milestones, pre-registration tiers (Officer Whisker), and event rewards. See
Vehicle liveries: Custom paint and decal packages applied through
Dyes: Color modifiers applied to apartment furniture and certain outfit accents. See
Accessories: Hats, glasses, and similar small cosmetic items unlocked through hobby progression and seasonal events.
Cosmetic outfits use Riftcrystal, the top-tier real-money premium currency. Riftcrystal converts to Annulith at a 1:1 ratio for gacha pulls, but spending Riftcrystal directly on outfits is the only acquisition path other than the 200-pull cosmetic milestone on a limited banner.
Free-to-play players cannot earn enough Riftcrystal through gameplay alone to buy outfits at the standard price. The launch discount window (typical price 1,680 Riftcrystals versus standard 2,480 Riftcrystals) narrows the gap but does not eliminate it. Most non-paying players acquire their first outfit through the 200-pull cosmetic milestone of a limited banner they were already pulling on.
Equipping an outfit takes three steps:
Open the character menu and navigate to the target character's profile.
Select the Outfit tab; equipped outfits show a small badge in the top-right corner.
Tap the desired outfit to apply it. The change takes effect immediately and persists across all subsequent loadouts.
Outfits can be swapped at any time outside of active combat. The default appearance is always available as a no-cost equippable option.
Wait for the launch discount window before buying. Outfits priced at the launch-discount tier (1,680 Riftcrystals) save approximately 32% off the standard 2,480 Riftcrystal price. The discount only repeats on rerun cycles.
Stack outfit acquisition with cosmetic milestones. If a character is on a Limited Board and the player is already pulling for the character, the 200-pull milestone is effectively a free outfit alongside the character.

Outfits do not change kit numbers. Players using outfits for performance reasons are mistaken; the change is purely visual. Equip the outfit that fits the player's preferred aesthetic.
Reach the unlock requirement before purchasing. Buying an outfit for a character the player has not yet unlocked wastes Riftcrystal on an unequippable item. Reach the character's unlock requirement first.
