Misty Tipsy Style is the second limited character banner of Version 1.0. The featured character is Hotori, the S-Class Cosmos support and proprietress of the Eibon Antique Shop. The banner runs for three weeks from May 13, 2026 at 10:00 UTC+8 through June 3, 2026 at 05:59:59 UTC+8, taking the Version 1.0 lineup from the Phase 1 (Nanally) close into the version-end ceremony.
Like every limited banner, Misty Tipsy Style uses the Scarborough Fair board format and the No 50/50 System: every S-Class pulled from the banner is guaranteed to be Hotori. Players spend Solid Dice to roll on the Limited Board. At a glance, Hotori is the featured S-Class with the Cosmos element and a support role; every S-Class pulled from this banner is guaranteed to be Hotori thanks to the No 50/50 System, and soft pity at 70 pulls and hard pity at 90 pulls carry over from The Ichi-Daime.

Banner launch is scheduled for May 13, 2026 at 10:00 UTC+8, two days after this writing. The Phase 1 Ichi-Daime banner closes at 05:59:59 UTC+8 on the same date, and Misty Tipsy Style replaces it after a brief maintenance window. The featured cosmetic milestones at the 50, 120, and 200-pull tiers are an Umbrella Glider, a Blizzard V4 bike livery, and a Hotori exclusive outfit respectively. Post-launch confirmation indicates a maintenance compensation package of approximately 300 gems plus 10 standard pulls awarded directly from the Hotori banner; this is confirmed in-build on May 13 launch as 300 Annulith maintenance compensation plus a 10 standard pull rebate. Featured A-Class rate-up companions for Hotori's banner have not yet been confirmed and will be announced through the official channels in the days leading up to launch.
The cost framework for the banner depends on whether the player carries pity from The Ichi-Daime and whether the first S-Class drops on soft pity (70) or hard pity (90):
Scenario | Pulls Needed | Solid Dice Cost | Approximate Annulith Equivalent |
|---|---|---|---|
Best case (carryover at 70+ pulls; first try S-Class) | 1 to 20 pulls | 1 to 20 Solid Dice | 160 to 3,200 Annulith |
Soft pity drop with no carryover (typical) | 70 to 80 pulls | 70 to 80 Solid Dice | 11,200 to 12,800 Annulith |
Hard pity ceiling (worst case) | 90 pulls | 90 Solid Dice | 14,400 Annulith |
The Annulith conversion uses the standard 1 Solid Dice = 160 Annulith equivalency for budget planning purposes (one 10-pull on a Limited board costs 1,600 Annulith equivalent if Annulith is converted to Solid Dice through the normal flow).
Hotori is the proprietress of the Eibon Antique Shop and the premier support pick at launch. Her core mechanic is the Non-Closed Timepiece, a kit feature that powers a time-stop ultimate freezing enemy actions for the duration. Her Misty Moon Style basic attacks chain with a concealed umbrella katana, and she replays recorded teammate attacks during the time-stop window for additional damage.

Hotori was unplayable during all three closed beta tests and received a significant design refresh between earlier showcases and her final launch presentation. Her launch kit emphasises support utility, healing through her timepiece energy mechanic, and burst damage windows that align with the time-stop ultimate.
Pity carries over from The Ichi-Daime. A player who fell short on Nanally without hitting hard pity keeps elevated rates for Hotori, narrowing the dice cost of the second pull. Specifically:
Pity counter: The 70-90 pity counter is shared across consecutive limited banners. A player at 65 pulls on Nanally without an S-Class drop walks into Hotori's banner with 65 pulls already on the counter; soft pity activates after 5 more pulls.
Soft pity surface: Once soft pity is reached, the elevated S-Class probability persists for every roll until an S-Class drops. The 25% featured-rate guarantee on Limited Banners means every S-Class drop is the featured character.
Cosmetic milestone counter: Cosmetic counters do not carry over. The Hotori 50, 120, and 200-pull milestones reset to zero on the start of Misty Tipsy Style; players who pulled cosmetics from The Ichi-daime keep those rewards but begin fresh on Hotori's track.
Misty Tipsy Style carries the standard limited-banner cosmetic milestone counter. The cosmetics are themed around Hotori's Eibon Antique Shop and Misty Moon Style aesthetic.

Pull Milestone | Reward | Notes |
|---|---|---|
50 pulls | Umbrella Glider | Hotori-themed umbrella glider; usable on every Esper except Aurelia. |
120 pulls | Blizzard V4 Bike Livery | Banner-exclusive vehicle livery for the Blizzard V4 bike chassis. |
200 pulls | Hotori Exclusive Outfit | Hotori-specific outfit themed around the Misty Moon Style aesthetic, separate from her default rotation. |
The cosmetic milestone counter is independent of the 70/90 pity track and is retained for Misty Tipsy Style specifically across reruns.
Hotori complements Nanally as a support and healer rather than a main DPS. Players who pulled Nanally on Phase 1 can build their full launch core by adding Hotori; players who skipped Nanally in favour of saving for Hotori still benefit from the no-50/50 guarantee on their first S-Class drop.

Pity carries over from The Ichi-daime. A player who fell short on Nanally without hitting hard pity keeps elevated rates for Hotori, narrowing the dice cost of the second pull.
Save Annulith if you plan to pull both. Pulling 90 times on each banner requires roughly 180 Solid Dice; combining launch rewards, pre-registration, and the launch login event puts most active players within range of two pity ceilings.
Pull on the Arc banner only after securing Hotori. Her signature Arc is featured on the Arc Research Program during Misty Tipsy Style; pulling for the character first ensures her signature Arc has an optimal user.
Plan around pity carryover. Players who finished The Ichi-daime at 50 pulls (mid-counter) carry the partial counter into Hotori, making the worst-case spend on her banner closer to 50 Solid Dice instead of 90.
Use Hotori's time-stop ultimate during boss Break windows for maximum damage layering. Hotori replays recorded teammate attacks during the freeze, which compounds with the boss's increased damage taken state.
Pair Hotori with high-tempo on-field DPS. Nanally, Baicang, or Daffodil all generate enough hits during the time-stop window to maximise the replay damage.
Build Hotori's Cosmos sub-stat alongside support stats. The healing and time-stop scale primarily off her energy regeneration and Cosmos damage; she is not a hypercarry, so pure offense investment is wasted.
Watch for the A-Class rate-ups announcement. Featured A-Class characters on Misty Tipsy Style had not been published as of the banner pre-launch window; the official channels confirm them in the days before May 13.
Time the 200-pull push for the cosmetic outfit. Players who can reach 200 pulls without spending real money keep both Hotori and her alternate outfit; falling short by a few pulls means buying the outfit separately at standard pricing.
