Heaven's Forsaken takes place on the grassy rooftop of WITOP Tower near Camelot Avenue in New Herland District. Track the commission after unlocking the district's Wertheimer Tower.
Walkthrough
Start from the Midas Arc Workshop rooftop phone booth. If it is locked, enter the workshop on Crystal Mountain Avenue and use the back door behind the wall with the triangle ornament. Glide east to the neighboring helipad and ride the floating fish to WITOP Tower. Defeat all three Tides of Misfortune fish on the rooftop, then contain the A Time Will Come Arc.
Rewards
120 Hunter EXP, 10 Annulith, 3,000 Beetle Coins, 6,000 Fons, 40 Bronze Carrota, 10 U-00NE, two Anomaly Material Selection Box I and one Scale Pattern.

The first clear of each tier awards 10 Annulith, 2,400 Fons and 25 Peril Hunt Medals. The rewards are tied to each tier's first clear.
Use a pull from Jiuyuan or Sakiri to bring the three flying fish together, then follow with area attacks. Hotori's Time Stop can extend the grounded damage window.
Tiers 5 and 6 add Overload after three minutes and Flash Moment after Critical Dodges. Overload progressively increases ATK while reducing team HP to a floor, so finish your setup promptly and avoid letting the fight stretch unnecessarily.
