How It Works
Chameleon Package (Anomaly Material) is consumed during the character ascension flow when a character hits an ascension wall (typically Lv 20, 40, 60, or 80, depending on the phase the material is tied to). Plan ahead by stocking the lower-grade variants of this material first, since the game's crafting system lets you fold three lower-grade copies into one higher-grade copy rather than waiting on RNG drops.
