Overview

Rainbow weather is a rare weather condition in LumenTale: Memories of Trey that can appear in any area of the world map. While it is active, every Animon in battle gains a stat buff, and it is required for two specific evolutions. There is no guaranteed way to force it, so finding it takes some searching.

How Rainbow Weather Spawns

Rainbow weather can spawn anywhere, but there is no guarantee where it will appear on the world map. You have to hop between areas and hope for a rainbow to appear in one of them. Saving and reloading may also help.

When an area has rainbow weather, the top left corner of the screen shows a rainbow that lasts throughout the day, and the weather symbol beside the minimap also indicates it.

Rainbow Weather Effects

While a rainbow is present, all Animon, including enemies, gain the following buffs.

Useful for Evolving Chagma Into Gongbog

The critical hit buff is particularly useful for getting Chagma's evolution, Gongbog. Chagma needs to hit 5 critical hits in a single battle to evolve, and the boosted crit chance during rainbow weather makes that easier.

Required to Evolve Minube Into Chromaura

Once you have all colors of Minube, rainbow weather is required to evolve it into Chromaura. While you are in an area with a rainbow, any of the Minube colors can be selected to evolve. Note that this means losing all six Minube in your party. See All Evolutions Guide for the full evolution list.
