Vortail is a starter Animon in LumenTale: Memories of Trey. It is an Aura type of the Mestus attribute, one of the creatures you can choose at the beginning of your adventure.

About

As a Mestus Animon, Vortail is tied to sorrow and grief, an attribute typically shown in blue. Its Aura typing connects it to light, wind, and benevolent forces. The creature is described as sensitive and fragile, often floating in the air.

Vortail is officially described as a creature so sensitive and fragile that it always floats in the air rather than touching the ground. As a Mestus Aura type it leans into the somber, contemplative tone the developers attach to the Mestus attribute.

On a starter team it brings the Aura type, which the game pairs with overworld Holoken abilities for moving and powering specific obstacles. Two players who pick Vortail can reach different final-stage forms depending on whether their adventure leans toward Logos or Mythos in the regional split.

Evolution

Vortail evolves into Furtex, which keeps the Aura type and the Mestus attribute. The region you align with, Mythos or Logos, can also shape its final, stage-three evolution. Stage-three names have not been confirmed before launch.

Choosing This Starter
