Julia
Julia is an aspiring Lumen Manager from Iris Hamlet, the same settlement tied to the researcher Kapan. She represents the next generation hoping to take on responsibility within the order.
Nipo and Anne
Nipo captains the squadron in the port city of Costa Linda, while Anne is a captain in Voltar and a beloved local figure. Both are part of the network of Lumen squadrons stationed across the regions of Talea.
Blanco and Nada
Blanco founded and leads AARI, an organization that supports the infrastructure the Lumen rely on. AARI runs the Lumen Clubs that act as rest stations for the order across both regions. His daughter Nada is demanding but motivated by a strong sense of justice. Their family adds another thread to the people Trey encounters.
Nipo serves as captain of the Costa Linda squadron, the Lumen branch posted to the coastal Mythos port city. Anne leads the Voltar squadron in the entertainment-focused Logos city and is widely treated as the Lumen's most public-facing idol-style figure.
Julia returns to Iris Hamlet after her early plans fall through, where she trains to become a Lumen Manager. Blanco, founder and CEO of AARI, operates the network of Lumen Clubs that act as rest stops for traveling Lumen. His daughter Nada appears alongside him in AARI scenes and supports the same outreach work.
