Overview
The Phoenixbreaker Novarchs are a faction of Novarchs who share a common purpose: hunting the World-Ender and recovering Sovereigns who went missing after the Sundering. The name "Phoenixbreaker" hasn't been fully explained, but it likely relates to breaking cycles of rebirth. Fitting, given that the World-Ender achieved immortality through the Pact of Rebirth.
Known members
Blade (22nd Novarch of Strength)
Blade was the sworn guardian of the 11th Sovereign, Kafka, before the Sundering. After Kafka vanished, Blade became the Novarch of Strength in her absence. He joined the Phoenixbreakers to find his lost Sovereign. He rarely stays in his own Plane (The Peak), preferring to roam the other 80 Planes searching for Kafka.

Parayaya (29th Novarch of Hate)
Parayaya was the 14th Sovereign of Love and Hate. She was personally betrayed by the World-Ender, someone she had once traveled with as a friend. Her motivation is revenge. She retained the Hate Aspect after the Sundering, and her drive to find the World-Ender is fueled by that hatred.

Amorphiron (14th Novarch of Change)
Amorphiron governs the Plane of Change, called The Changelands. They can morph their body between a male form (Amorphiron) and a female form (Amorphira). Their specific motivation for joining the Phoenixbreakers (whether they're searching for a specific Sovereign, seeking the World-Ender, or something else) hasn't been fully detailed. They're described as eccentric.
Their target
The Phoenixbreakers don't know that the World-Ender is walking around Iia as an amnesiac Animaster. The dramatic irony of the player character being hunted by powerful Novarchs (who might become allies, enemies, or something more complicated) is one of the game's core narrative threads.
