Added selected quest routes, Mechabo hunts and substory accessory lookups
This guide covers selected optional quest routes and later character substories in Final Fantasy Resonance. The early reward overview remains at Side Quests.
The chapter shown is the starting point. Routes that cross into later regions may require further story progress.

Rear Support, Ahoy! | 1: Grandport Harbor | Talk to Zile, the chocobo coachman. Defeat four humantraps near Grandport and return their extracts to him. |
Secrets Unearthed | 1: Town of Felicitas | Collect three Kolobos core samples in Kolobos Ruins and deliver them to Chloe in Felicitas. |
Elven Maven | 2: Dilmagia | Search the flora on Mt. Thunderclap for evidence of elves. Deliver the evidence to Silvia in Dilmagia, then speak with her at the Dwarven Forge. |
Arise, Mechabo! | 2: Dwarven Forge | Defeat two Ipoohs near the Dwarven Forge and give the repair parts to Verun. This repairs Mechabo and leads into its upgrade chain. |
Lyrical Riddles | 2: Dwarven Forge | Find the Cid portraits at Mobliz Shipyard's entrance. Have the old man at Dilmagia's shipyard sing, then speak with Roy at the Dwarven Forge. |
The Tide from the Sky | 3: Town of Amore | Talk to the pirate on Amore's northeastern pier and defeat two Thugs. Gather information on Mercedes in Olderion, then look for her at Waterfall Way. |
Medicinal Mission | 3: Olderion | Obtain medicine and return it to Sarah. There are three possible approaches; one is defeating the monster near Rukh Cave rather than buying the remedy or gathering ingredients. |
After Arise, Mechabo! repairs Lid's partner, continue with Mechabo Evolved. Complete each hunt below and return its upgrade parts to Verun at the Dwarven Forge before moving to the next stage. Some destinations require later story progress, so the Chapter 2 start does not mean the whole chain can be finished then.

Completing the upgrade chain rewards Magicite and teaches Mechabo Tackle, Overclock and Mecha Behemoth.
These selected substories open across Chapters 5 to 7 and award accessories for the featured characters. Their story requirements are separate from the early quest routes above.
