11 Ramuh is an optional lightning esper reached through the back entrance of Mt. Thunderclap in Dirnado. Speak to the girl near Dilmagia's entrance for a map clue, then follow the mountain route and defeat Ramuh to recruit him.

55 Summoning costs 50 MP. Ramuh has lightning resistance and can cast Thundara. Like other espers, he acts for three turns before leaving after his finisher. His Judgement Bolt attacks all enemies with lightning. Recruit him as an additional elemental option when preparing the party's Visions and spells.
