The music of Edge of Memories is led by Cédric Menendez, its audio director and lead composer. He is joined by composers Yasunori Mitsuda and Mariam Abounnasr and by vocalists Emi Evans and Marion Schneider. The team set out the score in an August 2025 developer post on Steam, and part of the soundtrack has already been released to streaming platforms ahead of the game.

Emi Evans sings on eight tracks. Her lyrics were written by her father, the poet Richard Evans, in English, and by her friend SAK in Japanese. Marion Schneider, who performs as Mioune, wrote lyrics in several languages, including Heryonese, the invented language of the people of Heryon. The two singers also perform a duet. Yasunori Mitsuda's final theme is sung in Japanese by Emi Evans.
According to the August 2025 post, the themes were first composed on piano, then orchestrated in a digital audio workstation and recorded with orchestras. The recordings were mixed externally and mastered by Menendez.
The game uses a layered audio system built in FMOD. The music reacts to what the player is doing, shifting between exploration, combat and Berserk mode (the transformation described on the Combat page). A December 2025 post explained that each area has its own theme, followed by a calmer exploration theme derived from it as players move through the area (see Exploration).
Eline's Journey is the theme of Eline and the main theme of the plains. Menendez composed it, Emi Evans sings lead vocals with backing vocals by Marion Schneider, and Richard Evans wrote the lyrics. It was performed at the USG Festival orchestral concert and published as a video in December 2025.
