11 In Japan, DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Withered World is titled ドラゴンクエストモンスターズ４　枯れ木の国のビアンカ・フローラ and sold as the fourth numbered entry in the series. It uses a three-tier edition structure that does not map cleanly onto the Western one on Editions and Pre-Order Bonuses, and it carries a set of retailer-exclusive bonuses that has no Western equivalent.

27+Square Enix corrected the last of those four rows on September 10, 2026. The qualifying action for a Steam download code bought through the e-STORE is the purchase, not the redemption, so buying the code inside the window is enough and the code does not have to be entered by then.
