Revision 1

Chief Librarian Jonah Orion is a Blood Ravens Chief Librarian and one of the four Space Marines Commanders in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV. He leads the Blood Ravens on Planet Kronus alongside Captain Cyrus.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV has not released yet. Everything on this page reflects information published before launch and may change.

On the Battlefield

The official Space Marines deep dive describes Jonah Orion as the Blood Ravens Commander who brings terrifying psychic warfare to the battlefield, sowing chaos among enemy troops. That sets him apart from Cyrus, the Chapter's other Commander, who works through stealth and ranged kills. Like every Space Marine Commander, he brings a unique Stratagem of his own, though it has not been named. See Commanders for how Commanders work across the game.

In the Story

Jonah Orion and Cyrus bring the Blood Ravens to Kronus, the Chapter's old recruitment world, hoping to find their old Chapter there and to recruit fresh blood. Instead they uncover a malignant force that threatens the entire sub-sector. The story trailer opens with the Blood Ravens arriving in orbit over the planet, only to be ambushed by Warboss Gorgutz and his Orks. See Story and Setting and Campaign for the wider arc.
