Patch 1.13.00 was released on July 4, 2026, rolling out across all platforms, with the Steam PC and Mac builds available immediately.

Patch 1.05.01 (May 3, 2026) is a hotfix for Patch 1.05.00 covering dispatch mission cancellation and pet summoning issues.

Patch 2.01.00, released September 4, 2026, adds the Gold Bar Investment dispatch mission, multiplies Camp Fund returns from Silver donations by ten, adds photo mode camera tilt, and fixes a long list of combat and UI faults.

Crimson Desert Patch 1.06.01 hotfix (May 12, 2026): Vault of Vengeance progression fix and Elegant Carmine Leather Armor known issue.

Patch 1.14.00 released July 16, 2026 on all platforms. It adds cross-save across PlayStation, Xbox, Steam and the Epic Games Store, and fixes quest, combat, mount, audio and localization issues.

Patch 2.00.00, the Crimson Desert Enhanced update, released August 25, 2026. Adds new cutscenes, five voice languages and Arabic, the Abyss Link skill resource, per-character skill resets, and eight new Kliff skills.

Patch 1.18.00 released August 15, 2026: adds the Quests knowledge category, changes research funding from silver to camp funds, adds a three-option lock-on camera setting, and fixes trading, quest and graphics issues.

Patch 2.00.01 is the first hotfix after the Crimson Desert Enhanced update, released August 28, 2026, fixing Arabic text display, a frame rate drop, macOS launch failures, and cutscene lip-sync.

Patch 1.16.02, the August 3, 2026 hotfix for Crimson Desert, fixed save-loading black screens, AMD Ray Regeneration graphical faults, a Mac MetalFX crash, and unavailable indoor housing features.

Patch 1.16.00 released August 1, 2026: the trading overhaul adding 133 trading posts, 28 trade goods, seven wagon workshops, a map Trade tab, and the Claim Bank Strongbox and Bond Shop.

Patch 2.00.02 is a hotfix released September 1, 2026, fixing unresponsive controls at the Karin Quarry crane, a forced dismount when colliding with wandering merchants, and cutscene lip-sync.

Patch 1.18.01, the August 16, 2026 hotfix for Crimson Desert, fixed delayed NPC interaction menus while the lantern was lit, missing legacy housing items, launch crashes, and map display faults.

Patch 1.17.00 released August 7, 2026 on all platforms. A bug-fix patch covering the Desperate Rescue challenge, quick slot assignment, special headgear effects, and map display problems.

Hotfix 2.03.01, released September 21, 2026, fixes controller lantern-aim remapping, restores the Duo NPCs in Tommaso, and fixes a crash when interacting with NPCs.

Patch 2.02.00, released September 11, 2026, adds cross-save on Mac and fixes twelve issues, including the Thornbriar Fortress liberation blocker and a crash when starting a new game with DLSS Frame Generation enabled.

Patch 1.15.00 released July 24, 2026 on all platforms. A maintenance patch fixing transparent bosses, crop growth and harvesting, gear lock saving, and cross-save crashes.

Hotfix 2.03.02, released September 23, 2026, fixes Grimnir not appearing during The Mysterious Pot, missing map icons for newly discovered objects, and the Ether Rest power core not being detected.

Patch 1.18.02, the August 17, 2026 hotfix for Crimson Desert, fixed a zeroed comrade count, silver resetting after A Secret Deal, movement animation stutter, and unresponsive characters after shop use.

Patch 1.16.01, the August 2, 2026 hotfix for Crimson Desert, corrected camp storage screens opening as the Wagon Cargo interface after loading trade goods at a wagon workshop.

Patch 1.16.04, the August 5, 2026 hotfix for Crimson Desert, fixed equipment quantities becoming incorrect after receiving certain gear and reloading a save.

Patch 1.16.03, the August 4, 2026 hotfix for Crimson Desert, fixed shields disappearing after switching to dual-wielded weapons and reloading a save.
