Overview

Sunset Valley is an isolated village at the southernmost edge of Hernand in Crimson Desert. It belongs to the House Grace territory listing and is described as a settlement formed by the sick and the poor, living independently from the outside world.

The village is important for southern Hernand exploration because several routes, quests, and bounty references point players toward it. It is not just flavor text on the map: players visit it for the Village of the Sick quest and for the Salvatore bounty location.

Quests and Activities

• Village of the Sick sends the player to gather Satintail Root for a healer connected to the sick villagers. The root grows outside the village area rather than inside the settlement itself.

• The Salvatore bounty is reported in Sunset Valley, near a bridge on the west side of the settlement. Expect bounty combat rather than a peaceful town errand when tracking him.

• Map guides also list a grocer shop in Sunset Valley, so it functions as a small settlement service point as well as a quest location.

Travel Notes

• Plan extra travel time. Sunset Valley sits far south of central Hernand and is easy to leave for later if you are following northern story routes.

• The area sits beyond many better-known Hernand landmarks, so use the southern road and valley terrain rather than trying to approach it as a central city district.

• If a quest marker sends you to Sunset Valley, check whether the objective is in the village, on the west-side bridge, or northwest of the settlement in the fields.
