Overview

Shield Toss Expertise is a combat skill in Crimson Desert, available to Damiane. It belongs to the Stamina (Blue) branch of the skill tree.

Effect

The shield now bounces off enemies up to 7 times. Shield Toss Expertise is the highest-tier upgrade for Damiane's Shield Toss ability, increasing the maximum number of ricochets from the base 3 bounces to 7. Each bounce deals damage to the struck enemy, making this skill extremely effective against groups of enemies that are clustered together. The shield returns to Damiane after completing its bounces.

How to Acquire

Shield Toss Expertise is unlocked when Shield Toss reaches Level 3. Shield Toss is one of Damiane's starting skills, so players can begin investing Abyss Artifacts into it early. This is the final tier of Shield Toss inner skills, building on the progression from the base skill (3 bounces) to Shield Toss Proficiency (5 bounces) to Shield Toss Expertise (7 bounces).

Tips

• With 7 bounces, Shield Toss Expertise excels in group encounters. Position yourself so the shield can ricochet between tightly packed enemies for maximum hits.

• The Spirit cost (5 Spirit) is separate from Stamina, so you can use Shield Toss Expertise even when your Stamina is depleted.

• Shield Toss Expertise is one of Damiane's best crowd-clearing abilities. Pair it with crowd control skills to group enemies together before throwing.
