Overview

The Sealed Letter is a Key Item in Crimson Desert. It is a letter from a mysterious woman that has been sealed by mystical power, preventing its contents from being read. The letter is delivered by a bird and is connected to the Witches faction questline. It cannot be sold or discarded.

How to Obtain

The Sealed Letter is delivered by a bird during the Black and White sub-chapter of Chapter 5: Guest Unbidden. The letter arrives after Kliff completes the Exposed Plot quest. At this point, the letter's mystical seal prevents the player from reading its contents.

Uses

The Sealed Letter cannot be read in its sealed state. After the mystical power sealing the letter dissipates through story progression, it transforms into the Unsealed Letter, which can then be read from the inventory. Reading the Unsealed Letter begins The Missing Seal quest, which is the 64th main mission and the first quest that requires completing a faction questline (Witches) to advance the main story.
