The Scarlet Blades Gas Mask is a Headgear piece in Crimson Desert. It provides 2 DEF and grants Confusion Immunity, making it a critical piece of equipment for specific boss encounters. The mask also functions as a Disguise, allowing the wearer to blend in with the Bleed Bandits faction. It pairs with the Scarlet Blades Cloth Armor as part of the Scarlet Blades set.

How to Obtain

The Scarlet Blades Gas Mask drops from Bleed Bandits. The most reliable farming location is Fort Perwin, which is packed with Bleed Bandit enemies. The drop rate is not guaranteed, but the high density of enemies at Fort Perwin means players are likely to obtain the mask before reaching the fort's boss.

Notes

• Confusion Immunity is especially valuable during the Crimson Nightmare boss fight. The Crimson Nightmare frequently inflicts confusion, a damage-over-time debuff that can be lethal without immunity.

• The disguise effect allows players to walk among Bleed Bandits without being attacked, which is useful for infiltration and stealth approaches at bandit camps.

• When paired with the Scarlet Blades Cloth Armor, the full disguise is more convincing and may grant additional stealth benefits in bandit-occupied areas.
