Rhett is the equipment vendor of Hernand, operating out of the Hernand Equipment Shop in the City of Hernand. Blessed with talented hands from a young age, he became a master ironworker and earned the moniker "The Artist of Iron." He is constantly searching for rare, premium minerals to craft superior gear and takes obvious pride in the quality of his work. Rhett's shop is one of the first equipment vendors players encounter and carries everything from basic arrows to full plate armor sets.
The Hernand Equipment Shop sits on the main town square in the City of Hernand, just outside Tina's Tailor Shop. The storefront is hard to miss since Rhett usually has racks of weapons and armor on display near the entrance.
Rhett's stock covers projectiles, melee and ranged weapons, a full armor set, crafting materials, and a knowledge book. Four additional items unlock after you reach maximum Trust level with him.

Building your Trust with Rhett expands his shop's selection. At maximum Trust, four premium items appear in his inventory: the Equipment Trade Agreement (132.00 Silver), the Grace Rapier (1.53 Silver), the Jemel Pistol (7.46 Silver), and the Kite Shield (15.51 Silver). The Equipment Trade Agreement is especially expensive, so plan ahead if you want to purchase it.
Rhett offers the quest Rhett's Request, which involves helping him acquire materials or complete a task related to his ironwork. Completing this quest increases your Trust level with him.
The full Canta Plate Armor set costs around 19 Silver total. It provides solid protection for early-game boss encounters, so consider saving up for the complete set before tackling tougher content.
Stock up on Arrows and Bullets before heading out of town. They are cheap and you burn through projectiles quickly in ranged combat.
Iron Ore and Copper Ore from Rhett's shop can save you gathering trips if you need just a few pieces for a crafting recipe.
Prioritize raising Trust with Rhett early. The Kite Shield is one of the best shields available in the Hernand area and only costs 15.51 Silver once unlocked.
