Overview

Reward for Their Sweat is the 33rd main quest in Crimson Desert. The Greymane camp at Howling Hill is built, and the workers deserve a hot meal. This quest introduces the cooking system by having Kliff prepare two servings of Modest Clear Soup and serve a feast to the camp.

Walkthrough

Check the Cooking Recipe

Go to the cooking pot at the quest marker. On a stool next to the pot, you will find the Clear Soup recipe. Examine it with your lantern (L1/LB) to learn the recipe.

Make Modest Clear Soup (x2)

Interact with the cooking pot (Square/X) to open the cooking menu. Use R2/RT to navigate to the soups section and select Modest Clear Soup. The recipe calls for:

All three ingredients are sitting on the same stool where you found the recipe. Select the recipe and press Triangle/Y to craft. Set the quantity to at least 2, since the quest requires two servings.

Serve a Feast

Walk over to the table where the workers are gathered and approach it. A cutscene plays showing Kliff serving the soup to the grateful workers, and the quest completes.

Notes

• This is the first time the cooking system becomes available. After this quest, you can cook at any bonfire or cooking pot across the world.

• Clear Soup is a useful early-game healing item. The recipe stays in your collection permanently.

• No enemies appear during this quest.

• Craft more than the required two servings if you want extra soup for upcoming combat encounters.
