How to Obtain

The Puppy Cloth Hat may not appear in Milou's initial inventory. The shop uses a trust system where gifting the merchant their preferred items unlocks additional pet equipment for purchase. If the Puppy Cloth Hat is not visible when you first visit, try building trust with Milou by bringing gifts. The Shai shopkeepers are known to enjoy rare flowers, honey candies, and colorful fabrics.

To access Pororin Village, players must approach the village entrance three times, which triggers The Unreachable Village quest with NPC Arkin. The follow-up quest Authorized Access requires retrieving the Relic of Pororin from Offin, a giant walking tree. Completing both quests grants permanent access to the village.

The Puppy Cloth Hat is not available at Remy's Pets-Tailor Shop in Demeniss City, which carries only a limited selection of pet equipment.
