Increased Attack Speed is a abyss buff in Crimson Desert. This item provides a temporary stat amplification.

How to Obtain

This item can be obtained through quests, purchased from merchants, or found through exploration.

How It Actually Applies

Increased Attack Speed behaves differently depending on which gear slot it rolls on. On a weapon, boots, or gloves it is a weapon-scope stat that only applies to attacks made with that slot. For boots and gloves this means the bonus only speeds up punches and kicks, not your equipped melee weapon or bow. On rings the same stat is global and applies to every attack the character makes.

Ring-Baseline Cap

Each ring caps at four Attack Speed, and you wear two rings at once, so the effective ring-baseline cap is eight global Attack Speed. Speed-focused builds should start from that baseline before touching the weapon slot. The two rings that most reliably roll four Attack Speed at maximum refinement are Witch's Ring and Mark of Darkness. See the main Attack Speed page for the full breakdown.
