Overview

House of Healing Guard is a Story NPC in Crimson Desert. A House of Healing once dedicated to treating mental illness. With access strictly controlled and even family visits denied, it resembles a detention center more than a place of healing. In truth, it now confines more so-called "ideologically impure" individuals brought from places like Demeniss than genuine patients, and it no longer practices proper medicine.
