Grania is the innkeeper at the Kharonso Inn, a tavern located in the settlement of Kharonso, west of Hernand City. She serves as both a recipe vendor and a quest giver, making her an important NPC for players interested in the cooking system.
The Kharonso Inn is situated in Kharonso, a settlement west of the City of Hernand. Players can reach it by heading westward along the main road from Hernand City. Grania stands behind the counter inside the inn.
Grania sells unique cooking recipes and supplies that are not available from vendors in Hernand City. Her full shop inventory, including recipe sales, unlocks after completing the main story quest "Scholastone" as part of the Chapter 2-3 progression. Before completing this quest, her available inventory may be limited.
After the Scholastone quest is completed, Grania's expanded inventory includes the following cooking manuals:
Beer: provides stamina recovery and minor buffs
Fruit Tea: offers health and spirit recovery with minor resistance boosts
Pan-Fried Vegetables: delivers health and spirit recovery along with fire resistance
Meat and Fish Porridge: another recipe available from Grania's stock
Purchased recipes appear as crafting manuals in the player's inventory. Examining a manual permanently unlocks that recipe for use at bonfires and cooking stations throughout the world.
Grania is also the quest giver for the Hernand Commission quest Grania's Request. In this commission, Grania asks Kliff to find a customer who left behind a pair of sweet-scented gloves at the inn. The quest is unlocked by reading Grania's poster from a Notice Board in the Hernand region.
Completing Grania's Request rewards the player with a Medium Bag (+3 inventory slots), 5 Stones, 50 Trust, and 30 Hernand Contribution EXP.
