Overview

Giant Bison is an ox/cattle mount in Crimson Desert. It is one of the larger rideable herbivores, featuring a massive frame that makes it an imposing presence in the wild. The Giant Bison shares its stat profile with the Buffalo, indicating that both bovine mounts serve a similar gameplay role.

Base Stats

At Level 1, the Giant Bison has the following base stats:

These stats are identical to the Buffalo. Both are durable (500 HP, 300 Stamina) but slow and poorly suited for combat. The 60 Attack is modest, and 25 Evade means the bison takes most incoming hits.

How to Obtain

Giant Bison are found in open plains and grasslands. They can be mounted by approaching and pressing the Ride button. Like other docile herbivore mounts, no combat is required to ride them.

Giant Bison vs. Great White Bison

The Giant Bison should not be confused with the Great White Bison, which is a legendary animal encountered as part of a hunting challenge. The Great White Bison appears near the southern edge of the Crimson Desert region close to Tashkalp and must be hunted from within a herd.
