The Frostcursed Plate Gloves are a unique Gloves piece in Crimson Desert. These heavy plate gauntlets provide 17 ATK and 5 DEF, making them one of the stronger gloves options in the game. Unlike most Frostcursed set pieces, the Gloves come with built-in Abyss Gear effects: Ice Resistance Lv.1 and Damage Reduction 1.0. They are part of the Frost Cursed Plate set and are found inside Lunar Spirit Grotto in the Demeniss region.

The Frostcursed Plate Gloves are found in a treasure chest inside Lunar Spirit Grotto, a hidden cave in Demeniss. The grotto is concealed behind a waterfall along the Denn River in the northern part of the region.
To reach the chest, follow these steps:
Travel to the Denn River in northern Demeniss and locate the waterfall entrance.
Use the Stab skill in front of the waterfall to pass through the water curtain and enter Lunar Spirit Grotto.
Follow the cave path until you reach the end of the grotto.
Open the treasure chest to receive the Frostcursed Plate Gloves.
When using the Stab skill to pass through the waterfall, hold the input to charge the attack rather than tapping it. Charging the Stab gives it more forward momentum, making it easier to punch through the water curtain on the first attempt. It is common for players to bounce off the waterfall on their initial try, so do not worry if it takes a couple of attempts to get the timing right.
The Frostcursed Plate Gloves belong to the Frost Cursed Plate set. All five pieces are hidden behind waterfalls and secret passages in Demeniss:

At 17 ATK and 5 DEF, the Frostcursed Plate Gloves rank among the top-tier gloves in the game. The Grotevant Plate Gloves offer slightly more ATK (18) but have lower DEF (3) and no Abyss Gear bonuses. The Scorch Flame Plate Gloves match the Frostcursed Plate Gloves at 17 ATK / 5 DEF and carry their own Abyss Gear effects (Fire Resistance Lv.1 and Damage Reduction 1.0), making the choice between them a matter of whether you need ice or fire resistance.
As a Unique item, the Frostcursed Plate Gloves cannot be upgraded at the Blacksmith. Their stats and Abyss Gear effects are fixed.
The built-in Abyss Gear effects (Ice Resistance Lv.1 and Damage Reduction 1.0) do not occupy Abyss Core slots; they are inherent to the item.
Combined with the Frostcursed Plate Armor's Ice Resistance Lv.7 and the Frostcursed Plate Cloak's Ice Resistance Lv.5, the Gloves add another Lv.1 of ice protection for deep cold-zone exploration.
Only the Stab skill is required to enter Lunar Spirit Grotto, making these gloves one of the easier Frostcursed pieces to collect.
