Forbidden Gatekeeper is a faction quest in Crimson Desert, part of the Forbidden Gatekeeper | Crimson Desert quest series. This quest takes place in the Hernand region.

Completion

The robots in Marni's laboratorium were defeated and the laboratorium was seized. Further inside was full of ominous research equipment.

• Check the faction quest board regularly, as available quests rotate over time.

• Completing faction quests increases your reputation with the local faction, unlocking access to better vendors and rewards.

Dreadnought Objective and Frozen Heart Cloak Reward

During Chapter 11, Truth and Reality, the Forbidden Gatekeeper faction assigns three objectives. One of them sends you after the Dreadnought, a heavy mechanical target that does not appear in the world until this chapter opens.

Destroying the Dreadnought rewards the Frozen Heart Plate Cloak, which completes the cloak slot of the Frozen Heart Plate armor set from the Mechanite side boss line.

Progression Gate

Players attempting this objective on earlier saves will find the Dreadnought enemies absent. You must reach the correct story beat in Chapter 11 before the encounter spawns and the quest can be cleared.
