Emberwind Workshop is a workshop in the Hernand region that develops cloudcarts. Once a simple banner shop, it was converted into a workshop after the invention of the cloudcart hot air balloon. The workshop operates with support from Count Grace and focuses on developing technology to reach higher altitudes. It is the primary location where players craft their first Cloudcart mount.
The workshop is located within the Grace Estate area of Hernand, directly south of the Greymane Camp at Howling Hill. It sits near Sunrise Plains and Glenbright Farm. The area around the workshop features several downed balloons and testing equipment, making it easy to spot from a distance.
The Emberwind Workshop is where players craft the Cloudcart, a hot air balloon vehicle mount used for aerial travel across Pywel. Crafting requires two prerequisites:
Discover the Emberwind Workshop: Visit the location to register it on your map
Recruit an Engineer: You need a Greymane recruit with the Engineering skill at your camp. This skill is not available on your earliest recruits; upgrade your camp and complete Greymane Commissions to unlock comrades with this specialization
Additionally, the Cloudcart Blueprint must be found on the floor of Glenbright Manor's basement before the crafting option becomes available.

Ugmon's Request is a Hernand Commissions faction quest available in Chapter 3. Ugmon can be found near the Emberwind Workshop among the downed balloons. The quest involves investigating honey quality issues in the surrounding area.

Visit the Emberwind Workshop early to register it on your map, even before you have the blueprint or an Engineer recruit.
The Cloudcart Blueprint is found in Glenbright Manor's basement. Complete the Traces in the Manor quest to access the basement.
Focus on camp upgrades and Greymane Commissions to unlock recruits with the Engineer skill as soon as possible.
Stock up on stone, timber, and food before initiating the Cloudcart crafting dispatch. The 5-hour wait can be spent on other quests.
Upgrade to the Skystreaker for maximum altitude, which opens up exploration of otherwise unreachable areas.
