A Confessional is the church-side service point in Crimson Desert where players buy a Writ of Absolution to clear outstanding bounties and fines. Every region of Pywel has at least one Confessional, although the form varies: most regions use a proper church building, while Pailune uses a small stand in the city center.
Sells Writ of Absolution entries that clear outstanding bounties and fines.
Lists every active debt the player has across all regions in a single purchase screen, so one Confessional visit can settle the whole ledger.
Removes the player's wanted status for any region whose debts are settled, restoring normal NPC and guard interactions.
Does not remove items from the player's inventory or affect carried silver beyond the Writ purchase cost.
Each region in Pywel has its own Confessional. Confirmed locations include:

Choose the Buy Writ of Absolution option from the dialogue.
Review the active fines and bounties listed across regions.
Select which to clear and confirm. The cost equals the bounty or fine amount.
Fastest way to clear bounties without losing in-game time to imprisonment.
Cross-region settlement. A single visit can clear debts from regions across the map without traveling to each one.
Full restoration. Once the Writ is paid, NPC behavior and guard reactions return to normal in the cleared region.
